  • CoffeeCup Image Mapper - There's very little this program can't do. It guides you through making "mouseover text" on link areas. Plus, you can save your map as a separate HTML file or copy map to an existing page. Shareware.
  • CrossEye - CrossEye is an image-map editing utility that enables you to create clickable hotspots on graphic images, without having to use the CGI script that is normally required to perform this task.
